There’s only one thing better than dancing like no-one is watching – it’s dancing with a gang of mates.

An ensemble of men who have come together thru a shared passion for dance and movement. The group bring joy, laughter, friendship and an aspiration to always perform to the best of our abilities. We strive to improve and be successful in every performance we undertake. Long may it continue.

I am a gardener with Movement in my heart. I’d love my edges to be softer. Another day older, yet still dance perches in my soul.

After careers in Sports Teaching and Physical Therapy, I arrived late to dance. I have found it mentally and physically stimulating and perfect for me to continue practicing what I have always preached with the addition of creativity.
